Adult Ministries
Grow in faith, build meaningful friendships, and serve Christ through the church and community.
First United Methodist Church Texarkana
Connect, Grow, and Make a Difference
At First United Methodist Church Texarkana, adults have many opportunities to grow in faith, build meaningful friendships, and serve Christ through the church and community. Through Bible studies, small groups, Sunday School classes, and ministries such as Petals to Prayer, adults deepen their spiritual lives while caring for others.
A wide variety of service opportunities—including ushering, committee leadership, and servant-hearted ministries—allow members to use their gifts in meaningful ways. Whether helping with church-wide events like our Thanksgiving Supper, supporting outreach efforts, or participating in fellowship activities, adults at FUMC are invited to connect, grow, and make a difference as disciples of Jesus Christ.
